The hotel is located on the shores of Lake Geneva, offering magnificent views to the Alps. The luxury rooms were not initially heated well but the excellent staff provided a solution promptly. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff fulfilling requests promptly. Dining was fantastic with an amazing view of the lake. The location is wonderful, close to Montreux and wineries, making it a special venue. Although the dining was a bit pricey for the experience, the surroundings make up for it.
